Our founder, having started his Party Wall business in this way too, quickly realised
the need for collaborative working to alleviate loneliness, improve productivity and to
provide a service level which can compete with firms who are much larger.

provide advice to Appointing owners in respect of Injunctions, the provision of expert witness reports and where necessary court attendance.
Legal Assistance
Particularly useful for new start firms but available for all, we operate a factoring
solution whereby the Network will pay your invoices immediately they are issued and we will await or where necessary chase the Appointing Owners for payment.
Whilst subject to a charge in addition of standard membership, this is a cost effective way to safeguard your cashflow.

Requirements
Who Can Join We require that all Members have a minimum of full membership of the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors MFPWS
or are members of the
Chartered Institute of Building, Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors or Chartered Association of Building Engineers
and obtain and maintain professional indemnity insurance in line with our protocols.
Where multi staff firms wish to join us, it is required that at least 50 percent of fee earning staff are MFPWS, MCIOB, AssocRICS, MRICS or MCABE
